NextTrade ("we", "us", "our") operates the website nexttrade.tech and develops the NextTrade Gold EA software.
2. Data we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Name, email address, and country when you place an order
- Order ID and license details
- Messages you send through our contact form or by email
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Basic analytics: pages viewed, referrer, device type, approximate region
- Server logs: IP address, timestamp, HTTP method (retained max 30 days)
2.3 Payment data
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store card numbers, CVCs, or banking credentials.
3. Why we collect it
- Deliver the software you purchased and support it
- Send order receipts, license keys, and update notifications
- Reply to your questions and provide support
- Maintain website security and investigate abuse
- Comply with legal tax and accounting obligations
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, we process personal data under the following bases:
- Contract — to deliver the Software and fulfill the order
- Legitimate interest — to secure the site and reply to inquiries
- Legal obligation — tax/invoice record-keeping
- Consent — optional marketing emails (opt-in only, with unsubscribe)
5. Sharing
We never sell your data. We share only with processors required to run the business:
- Payment processor (for charging cards)
- Email delivery provider (for receipts and support replies)
- Hosting provider (for serving the website)
Each processor is bound by data-processing agreements.
6. Retention
- Order records: 7 years (tax law)
- Support emails: 3 years
- Server access logs: up to 30 days
- Analytics: aggregated, 24 months
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, object to processing, and request data portability. Contact support@nexttrade.tech to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days.
9. Security
TLS on all pages, encrypted backups, access controls on customer records. We cannot guarantee absolute security but take commercially reasonable measures.
10. International transfers
Data may be processed outside your region. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
11. Children
NextTrade is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Changes to this policy
Material changes are emailed to active licensees and posted at the top of this page.
