1. The guarantee
Every NextTrade Gold EA license comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If within those 14 days you decide the Software isn't right for you, request a refund — we process it without interrogation. No "satisfaction surveys", no friction, no requirement to prove the EA didn't work. We'd rather refund a buyer who isn't a fit than have a bad-fit user post a bad review later.
2. How to request a refund
Reply to your order receipt or send a new email to support@nexttrade.tech with:
- Your order ID (from the receipt; format: ORD-12345 or PayPal txn ID)
- The email used at checkout
- One sentence on what didn't click (optional — helps us improve, but not required)
That's it. No form to fill out, no support ticket queue.
3. What qualifies for a full refund
- Any NextTrade Gold EA purchase within the 14-day window
- The Lifetime license tier ($230)
- Regardless of whether you installed, tested on demo, or traded live with the EA
- Whether the EA met your expectations or not — we don't argue about subjective fit
4. Examples of refundable scenarios
- "Didn't perform as I expected on demo" — refunded.
- "Hit a losing streak in week one" — refunded.
- "Found another EA I prefer" — refunded.
- "My broker doesn't support XAUUSD" — refunded (this one's on us — we should have flagged it pre-purchase via contact).
- "Changed my mind" — refunded.
5. What does not qualify
- Requests made after the 14-day window closes (we count from purchase date in your account's timezone)
- Chargebacks opened before contacting us — we contest these because they incur fees and the proper channel is email first. Email always works.
- License abuse — sharing the .ex5 file, redistributing presets, or running the EA on accounts not bound to your license
- Bundles or third-party services purchased separately (VPS rental, data feeds, signal subscriptions)
6. Refund timing
Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval. Depending on your card issuer or wallet provider, funds appear back on your statement within 3–10 business days. Crypto refunds (where applicable) typically settle in 1–3 hours after blockchain confirmation.
7. Trading losses are not covered
The refund covers the license fee only. It does not cover:
- Trading losses, slippage, or adverse fills
- Broker commissions, spreads, or swap costs
- Third-party services: VPS, data feeds, premium signals, news APIs
- Time spent setting up or testing the EA

8. License termination after refund
Upon refund, your license terminates immediately. You must:
- Uninstall the .ex5 file from MetaTrader 5
- Remove all .set preset files received with the license
- Stop trading any account previously bound to the license
Continued use of the Software after a refund is a breach of the Terms of Service and may result in legal action.
9. Partial refunds and special cases
We do not offer partial refunds. It is either the full license fee back, or no refund. Edge cases (duplicate charges, billing errors, bundled offers) are resolved case-by-case via email — always to your benefit.
10. Why a 14-day refund?
Two reasons. First: it forces us to ship a product good enough to survive a real demo period. Sellers without a refund window have no such pressure, and the EA marketplace is full of products that wouldn't survive day three. Second: it's the floor of what's defensible. A 7-day refund is too short to evaluate a strategy on XAUUSD; longer than 30 days creates abuse paths. 14 days is the goldilocks zone.
