1. The guarantee
Every license comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If within those 14 days you decide the Software isn't right for you, request a refund — we process it without interrogation.
2. How to request
Reply to your order receipt or send a new email to support@nexttrade.tech with:
- Your order ID (from the receipt)
- The email used at checkout
- One sentence on what didn't click (optional — helps us improve)
3. What qualifies
- Any purchase within the 14-day window
- All tiers (Starter, Pro, Lifetime)
- Regardless of whether you installed, tested, or traded with the EA
4. What does not qualify
- Requests made after the 14-day window closes
- Chargebacks opened before contacting us (we will contest these)
- License abuse such as sharing the .ex5 file with other users
5. Timing
Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval. Depending on your card issuer, funds appear back on your statement within 3–10 business days.
6. Trading losses
The refund covers the license fee only. It does not cover trading losses, broker commissions, spreads, swap costs, or third-party services (VPS, data feeds). Trading carries risk. Test on demo before live.
7. License after refund
Upon refund, your license terminates. You must uninstall the Software and remove all copies. Continued use after refund is a breach of the Terms of Service.
8. Partial refunds
We do not offer partial refunds. It's either the full license fee back, or no refund.
