Risk Disclosure
Read this before using the Software to trade live. Trading carries real risk of real loss.
Last updated: 23 April 2026
1. General warning
Trading leveraged instruments such as XAUUSD (spot Gold) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Trade only with funds you can afford to lose.
2. Leverage
Leveraged products amplify both gains and losses. A small adverse move in the underlying can produce a large loss relative to your margin. Understand your broker's margin rules and stop-out levels before going live.
3. Past performance
Any historical results — whether from our backtests, forward tests, or customer reports — are historical. They do not predict, guarantee, or imply future results. Market regime changes, spread changes, and liquidity changes can all invalidate a previously working strategy.
4. Technical risk
Automated trading depends on a functioning chain of components: your computer or VPS, MetaTrader 5, your internet connection, the broker's server, and optionally third-party services (news feed, AI inference API). Any failure in this chain may cause missed signals, delayed entries, failed stop-loss placement, or orphan positions. A VPS reduces but does not eliminate this risk.
5. Model risk
The Software uses rule-based logic. No rule set is perfect for every market condition. The EA may underperform during regime shifts, illiquid periods, or exceptional events (flash crashes, central bank interventions, rate decisions).
6. Execution risk
Slippage, requotes, widened spreads, and partial fills can materially affect actual fills versus the signal price. High-impact news releases and rollovers commonly produce adverse execution.
7. Regulatory notice
NextTrade is a software provider. NextTrade is not a regulated investment advisor, broker, fund manager, or introducing broker. We do not manage client money. We do not issue investment recommendations tailored to your circumstances.
8. Demo-first requirement
We strongly recommend running the Software on a demo account for at least 7 days before going live. Defaults are conservative on purpose — review every input against your own risk tolerance before enabling AutoTrading on live.
9. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your broker selection, your risk settings, your account monitoring, and your results. The Software is a tool; you are the trader.
